Using a combination of acupressure and massage techniques, this ancient therapy may relieve tension in the head, neck, shoulders and jaw/face. Based on the theory that the mind and body are intricately connected, it is understod that it may help prevent and reduce headaches/migraines nd improve overall physical and mental wellness. 

Indian Head Massage is performed seated and can be used with or without essential oils.

If you haven't tried Reflexology before this is something you don't want to miss! This deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatment concentrates on pressure points on the feet and lower legs only. Non invasive and deeply relaxing with a long list of benefits reported by clients, its my most popular therapy. If you wan to try Reflexology for a specific condition we recommend an initial course of 6 regular sessions but this is not essential.

 Professionally qualified in Reflexology for conception specifically, Sarah is experienced in developing treatment plans for anyone who wants to try Reflexology for specific hormonal conditions or ongoing fertility concerns, Its recommended to have a course of at least 6 weekly treatments initially but not essential. Over time, Sarah will carry out an individual record and provide feedback from each treatment with additional health and lifestyle advice relevant to the individual.

As a fully qualified Baby Massage Instructor, Sarah is able to provide Baby Massage classes to parents and babies in the comfort of their own home or at Sarah's treatment space in Pressac. Baby massage provides numerous benefits to both parents and baby and is a wonderful bonding experience. Parents can be taught in pairs or individually. Please see the benefits section for more information. Baby massage oil and and course worksheets are all provided over 4 sessions.
